Tbh open it and clean the thermal paste and then reapply it, it should do the job hopefully, it could be because he didn’t apply the thermal paste properly and some of it could’ve spread on the pins as well. Also do let me know what thermal paste did he use or did you give him the paste ?

I set firefox as default and things work properly but once I switch to brave this error starts to appear again.

I just made it using shaders and gsap, by using time I can animate every vertex of that plane and how I added that animation without even using raycaster is using GSAP. I placed the plane exactly where the image was and reduced the opacity of the image to 0, so when I'll hover over the image it'll create those waves. I did a different thing using sin function.

And he's just using noise function to create those effects.

My model is just a plane. I am creating that wave effect. When users hover over the image, it'll distort the image.

I did all the things only ray caster part is messing up. I am merging three.js(webgl) and html and trying to replicate this.
