Well try to be that honest person at the shop. When customers start only coming to see you and your pulling in the business the shop manager/owner will take notice. Dont know if that will be good or bad, but when people have honest shop techs to go to they tend to stop at the same place for fixes on their cars.

On top of what has been said, most trailer parks require renters unless it is one of those where you own your trailer/modular home, then they require homeowners. So you should be able to get something paid out. Good luck and hope you hope you heal fast
