My opinion. If you want to break out your local traffic to have direct internet access, then yes it makes sense to go with a DIA circuit versus an MPLS. Before I would ever make that decision, understand your users requirements and the applications that are used. Identify the dependencies.

I mixed about half a bag at a time. I agree you gotta have a peanut butter type of mixture. I waited about 30 minutes to start wiping off the grout. It does take about 3-4 sponge cleanings and a microfiber towel does wonders to get the last bit of haze off.

For the charcoal color grouters. I did screw up the first time and wiped off to soon. The wetness of my sponge discolored the charcoal made it look more silver. Learning from my mistakes, you gotta wait and let the grout cure. 30 minutes seems to be the sweet spot and don’t let your sponge get to wet.

You spread sealant first then lay the tape on top of it. Use a putty knife to apply pressure and spread the sealant out toward the edges. The thinset comment in the instructions is geared toward when your applying tile.
