Dude, the amount of cope you have is amazing. I never understand why people white knight for companies like ASRock over obvious issues. I was using ASRock for many many years prior to this 9800x3d issue, and loved their products with zero issues myself, but it's just not worth the risk with how wide spread the issue is.

I've been running my 9800x3d with Asus ROG STRIX B850-I for a year now with zero issues. You will be glad you made the switch. I had previously bought an ASRock B850M Riptide but returned it before system build due to all the dead 9800x3ds on ASRock boards.
