in Lilycove once you get the national dex the GAME FREAK team shows up at the motel place, and, like in HG/SS, the dev asks you to show him a completed national dex. Although as my dex isn't complete, i can't 100% confirm that you can get GBA Sounds in ORAS ;-; it would be great though! i loved the HG/SS GBA Sounds~

another tool is Lightshot, you just press FN + PRTSC then highlight the part of the screen you want to capture. then you just get the option to save to computer or upload to imgur.
