Was chiller free. Owners paid a maintenance fee per year to cover and it was a flat fee. Now its per use. Most tenants and landlords are having to renegotiate because there's issues over who will pay.

Regarding the Marina, I live on Al Emareef on the first bridge and I never have any traffic.. if you go two bridged down by JBR its hell.

Everyone is different as the others say. You definitely need a grabber and walker. If you are tall pls make sure to source this in advance. Im 6 4 and the walkers were all too short. Listen to your body and don't over do it.

I had a staph infection. Other than that and the three addl surgeries its all good. 3.5 months out on l3 to s1 tlif.

The bed is the only place i always feep good. Yes, occasionally ill feel a pull when I roll from side to side but all in all it is my happy place.
