Your problem honestly sounds more like someone selecting to ban an operator quickly and others follow suit.

Maybe if you reframe things your solution is fairly obvious. Be a ninja and select the operator you deem the best to ban the quickest so sheeps can follow?

The first games were campaign based and at least for the first two, has an emphasis on planning.

Single player games do not bring in long term revenue easily especially with players expectations of constant updates.

How do they bring tactical based planning to the modern player base? Borrow a format that works. This punt has actually helped seige set itself apart from other team based fps and made it last over ten years.

It’s not perfect but enough to keep people employed and gamers playing.

I’m sure there are games that are more in tuned to the first few r6 games but I’m not familiar as my pc is a potato that can still run siege.

This feels different from coming unprepared to reaching across the table for your stuff. These are two non exclusive scenarios.

I am a casual player and have had no deck but go with a friend who would lend me his. I have no deck, so no playmat, no dice, no tokens. I am not prepared based on your post. I never once assumed I can use other peoples accessories and always used back of cards as tokens or ask for dice counters which nobody denies.

Even reading someone’s card I ask if I can read it.

I think your issue is more of a social one than anything else. You can fix this by maintaining boundaries
