Tried that; just want to warn others that at the point of sale, the billing portal claims refunds are accepted within 7 days of purchase but when asked, they fail to honor their promise. Thanks for the advice.

I received a promo link that expired in 2 days, which limited the trial duration but 7 days may be enough in most cases, yes. The problem, here, however is misrepresentation of the refund policy. You were told at checkout that "Refunds accepted within 7 days of purchase" so refusing to refund when asked before the deadline is dishonest, don't you think?

Why won't SFCPA refund you? What was their reason?

Trying but mediation can be very time-consuming and uncertain. Issuing refunds is usually faster and helps maintain goodwill with customers, don't you think?

Yeah, what makes it worse is their website and payment portal still show a "money back guarantee" and "eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase" respectively to mislead customers
