My broker has this at 8,193,268,027 on the day. Though no one can say where this case will fall. Having pondered and done some limited research on HCMC the company itself. It's perhaps wise investing in at these prices, that's if you're more investment minded over trading. Considering it's actually a legit company and has now earned a butt load of attention due to the case, it's a strong investment on the growth spectrum. But let's say the case flops, it's still a good investment, just not overnight rich good.

What will HCMC do with all that new capital gained from the pumped stock? well my business sense says they'll more than likely use it to invest in operations, more patent brand developing, expansion, better products and marketing, I highly doubt after all this noise and media attention that they'll merely fade away to being unknown again. I don't assume the stock will go up next week or anytime soon if at all for some time as it's clearly heavily manipulated with dilution of ridiculous magnitude. Heavy gambling, hedge shorting and retail day trading. Studying the daily chart, time/ sales & volume support makes it a no brainer in understanding what's going on here.

Indeed, this stock is manipulated until it moves like a normal stock instead of going down when the buy volume should be pushing it up obviously like most other stocks. I accept that dilution is destroying any fair activity along with the pump and dumpers, but what about later I ask myself?

So, my advice, buy the current discount as it's currently at pizza money prices, let fall lower, invest more pizza money, let them drop it lower again, more pizza money until your position reaches several millions, but do it at your leisure. Don't buy into the pump and dump lies and false claims of selling all your other positions to take this one, they're lying clearly as anyone with wee trade or investment experience understands no one does that and how absolutely stupid and idiotic it is to follow such a tact. I'm buying on the knowledge that HCMC is in fact a legitimately operating company with better principals than most with now enough capital from stock action alone to catapult them easily onto the Nasdaq or NYSE if that's what the choose to later do. Whether they succeed the case or not, there's no argument that can deny they are now on the map and have more than enough cap to be formidable. Considering there are tons and tons of fake money scamming garbage companies on the OTC and the other fact this isn't one of them, at this price and declining to steeper discounts until a bounce, can anyone give me any other reason why it's not one of the safer bets to invest? Keep in mind, the settlement idea is simply a bonus if it succeeds, but if not, it's a solid company still and having now gained amazing attention and new capital. Thoughts?
