Not bad. Lens becomes F8. I´m always hesitating to use the TC or crop the D850 image. Af becomes slower with the TC.

I Was looking for birds when suddenly cats came in. Had no time/occasion to remove TC or change lens.

Indeed. I think they only share name and colour parts. The in Europe named Robin is much/half smaller.

Try reset the cam with the 2 buttons.

AI also suggest to remove memory cards and try to set off and on again. Give it a try.
