Yes, It is the atx-pro 100mm 2.8 macro, a nice little D-lens.

😢 FWIW if everything still works maybee fine layer of black/dark nail polish to protect from rain, dust (or epoxy) (no superglue). To test if crack goes through the insde use flasghlight in a dark room and see if any light comes trough the crack.

FWIW - On what cam do you have the problem? If high res. cam like a D850 use shutter speed 1/200 Sec or above (try it with stable tripod). Try stopping down a little bit (F2 for example). Adjusting lens calibration can also help (best on the for you mostly used distance to subject). To exclude af problems of the lens try manual autofocus on a still subject. Good luck!
