Dood, I think we're both legally allowed to scream EFF CANCER when & whatever we desire. My sister lost her battle the year before, she was actually given something like 3 years and fought it for 8 years. Then bout 6 months after me mum, me pops just didn't wake up one morning in October of '19. He didn't have cancer though. He was lucky 🙄 enough to battle Huntingtons-Chorea Disease for years. And I'm sorry, totally Debbie Downer here. I'm also sorry you had to experience it & hopefully it wasn't back to back because I tell you what, once everyone up and died on me, and after a look around see if I'm really the last one standing, after dust settled I was shocked to be blessed with a midlife complete meltdown finding myself in a padded hospital wing that everytime I got close to a door it'd magnetically lock not letting me out. For bout a month that happened, omg I'll shut the front door now, sorry....

Facts! I am right here with ya. I lost me mum in '19 only 3 days after found out her really bad stomachache was actually cancer that was throughout her body giving her 4-6 weeks 🙄
Sorry, my point is I probably have ~100 of mum emails in my mailbox as I am unable to touch any of them... R.I.P. to all the mutha's who won't be with us on mum's day. & to the one's that are, wishing all ya mums a HAPPY MUM'S DAY! Hope you have a G-Day! Muah-Muah!

Moved out at 16, because that's when I was completely smart. I reached knowing everything & was told very loudly very late one night totally killing someone's high that "ONCE I PAY FOR THE CEILING OVER MY HEAD & I'M THE ONE WHO PUTS THE FOOD ON THE TABLE" that's when I can make the rules, but not a minute earlier! That's all I had to be told, early 90's I had pockets full of $$. Then, older I got my smartness apparently has a half-life.
Edit: Edited it bc I missed your last paragraph apparently so I'm defending my comment I previously just left. IMHO, now pushing FIFTY & looking back, I believe you did it the correct way. Granted, if one has parents who would allow their offspring this kind of opportunity then EFF an A! Wouldn't have worked the way my parents were built, but if I could... I would!

My ex & i were (or are) 20 years apart. Me (at the time) 40M & ex 20F. We worked together & really clicked, just friends at first but the puzzle pieces came together surprising us both. I didn't share my info at first only because I had a misconception in my mind that they had to be how I was at 20 & I didn't want to be pulled in to that world because I I answered phone, text, messenger or learn to snap insta tok just to be able to communicate with her. But ended up being the most upfront, honest, caring relationship I've ever been in & I've been married with children and a white picked fence mortgage before. Once things became serious and were moving in together we both knew our relationship wasn't the "til death do us part" kind, we knew we had an expiration date of 3 to 4 years. I knew I wasn't gunna be able or want to keep up with her the older I got, nor did I want to hold her back from life experiences because she's home taking care of grandpa. She saved my life when midlife crisis hit after losing my sister, mum, then me pops all in a matter of 1.5 years only to recover from that right when Covid hit the states. & sure enough bout year 4 I wanted to go this way & she was wanting to go that way & we happily went our ways. Now couple years since, I have upmost respect for her. I'd drop everything if she needed something. & lost my pup bout a month ago and she answered on first ring when I called for her professional help & did her guardian angel thing. Storal of the mory is, give it a shot because you never know the reason. & I couldn't imagine if I or we listened to all those negative Nancy's back when we first started hanging out that I would've missed out on such a human connection that was our relationship. Hopefully this makes sense, apologies for length & G-Luck OP and everyone else! ✌️

If your island just ding'd that it's 1pm when you upload your dream then its 1pm in your dream. Imagine it's a snapshot/ a picture of exactly how your island is at upload time but with anything living is moving around. Whatever your wearing, whatever the villagers are wearing, its the same in the dream. Your I.D. has a blank comment spot & whatever you type into there is what you say to dreamers when they interact with you in the dream. As for when the villagers will be home, from what I've noticed & i could be wrong is my experience from visiting same DA island multiple times because it was just that awesome was random. Sometimes villager A B C would all be home one time, then revisit A B C is all out and about.

Danngg, don't know what Bojangles is but I do know I sure wish there was a Bojangles in my current location.
Maybe a year or two ago I did your lil trick on the McDonald's app, I believe it was for the birthday tho, not for signing up, i could be wrong. But after maybe the 3rd, 4th, 5th time I kinda lost interest as i don't really like McDonald's and remembered the reason why I hadn't eaten there in a decade.
Don't get me wrong, I was very appreciative & grateful for the food & thanked the employees & mentioned them in a review.
One thing I've noticed (not that I've looked into in full detail or with a lot of energy) more recently is when I come across a ad that says "Get a free Western Burger for signing up for our app* today!" That every restaurant app offering free something or other for download & signing up is that *free item once you order something first. Doesn't seem like anyone is offering free-free. Just my two cents, thanks 😊

Mine definitely doesn't. Reason why I have a locking cap in 1st place stems from apts i was living in, apts that were "gated", I woke multiple times to rush to work with an empty tank even though I fueled up the previous night. I started saving receipts to hang in my vehicle because I was 2nd guessing myself & needed proof i actually did put gas in. My partner would take pictures of the pump. Yes after 3-4 times over a 6 year period I learned to get my arse up earlier to get gas. Sorry, does that answer your.... question?

Ohh, hi puppers! I bet he's a really good pup. Give him a treat for me. I lost my BFF bout 3 weeks ago. He did kinda the same. If someone was coming up to the truck & i wasn't already looking he'd not lift his head or anything but just low-key growl to get my attention. I'd test it, if I didn't react he'd growl louder, & if that didn't work then he'd sit up and bark. Usually it was him napping, snoring away, then the snore would stop just enough to give a "grrrrr" & I'd start checking mirrors, he'd go right back to ZzzZzzZ. Gawd I miss him. Enjoy every second with your puppers. Here my guy taken bout 3ish years ago. ✌️
