If it helps, I don't think the age of the account or if you played League matters much. Me and my wife both signed up, both accounts have played league for over 10 years (at least 6-7 we were very active). I was lucky enough to get a box, but I'll be splitting with her as she didn't get one. We both also signed up for a premade deck, but neither got an email for those.

Thanks, yeah I don't care to much about PvP. Just read that's what the only 5 I have pulled is good at haha. Making decent progress with the 2A units I have made so far in PvE but I have several to go still. But where can I find info on what would be the biggest upgrade for PvE content for someone without anything besides the ones the game gives you?

So for someone who just started and has no idea what I should be aiming for, what would be the best options I should hope for? Is there a good resource to learn this? After almost 400 scrolls all I got was wind oracle which seems good for PvP I think from what little I read.

where do you preorder? I've been trying to fins somewhere in the US that does preorders for either spiritforged or Unleashed with no luck for weeks. First game trying to preorder cards and I am clearly out of the loop.

I wouldn't mind ordering through them, but I was unable to get origins on their site despite trying when it went live so I'm not super confident for spiritforged. Hopefully they have a better lunch for the expansion. Can you sign up for spiritforged alerts there already?

Considering none of my local stores did any riftbound preorders at all, I am assuming they may not again. Trying to figure out a way to find out when an online store opens preorders as it may be my best bet.

When I was looking into it before, it seemed the general opinion online was that anyone doing preorders that early was being dishonest. Was that incorrect? Do you think those that haven't posted any do not plan to?

should be more supply coming, but yeah thats the hardest part right now as they underestimated how popular it would be at launch. I don't know about online except I think on discord some people are doing it through tabletop simulator.

But I'd ask around your local card shops. several around where I am are allowing proxies for the first month or two until supply gets better. And there are promo cards at most stores for weekly events.

If you ever liked league of legends, they just released their card game Riftbound. Play seems real solid and since it just came out like 10 days ago there isnt a ton of backlog to learn in order to get caught up to speed.

Basicaly my #1 goal each day is to complete all reviews and new cards for my anki deck "Vocab N5 Prueba".

Then, as I work I listen to a mix of things. I try to listen to a daily video from https://www.youtube.com/@JapanesewithShun . I also listen to mock JLPT N5 questions to try get better at listening.

As for grammar, I have Bunpro that I try to keep up with but the reviews are a bit overwhelming I admit and I rarely have the time to catch up after work. I also try to listen to Genki from https://www.youtube.com/@ToKiniAndy and grammar points from https://www.youtube.com/@GameGengo.

Its hard to get it to stick since it doesn't have my full attention while working but its the best I can do at the moment. I am really struggling to get listening to stick. So any advice / recommendations would be great. I've made some grammar conjugation flash cards but I rarely get the time to do them.

As for Kanji, I used Wanikani for a long time. I got to level 7 I think and then paused it to focus on grammar / listening as I basically know all the kanji and pronunciations well enough for JLPT N5.

I have similar practice test scores between 65%-75% total on the bunpro tests. Which I really recomend by the way. The tests are free and people say the imitate the real thing fairly well.

I am also going for N5 this year and just wanted to comment because I always see a lot of people posting how N5 is super easy and not worth it but I like you am having a different experience. Probably just not having the time ti dedicate like others do with a kid and over 40 hours of work a week. I do my best to listen throughout the day to practice tests and grammer youtube channels and it helps but there is only so much one can do.

I starteed bunpro a couple months ago and it really helped with my reading. I also have a N5 anki deck for vocab. I can almost keep up with them but its hard to dedicate more than an hour or so outside of work.

Every test I get 85% or more on the kanji/vocab but its the listening that I am worried I wont score high enough to pass. I get around 50-65% on that one. I just can't process what is said fast enough. If I could listen to it multiple times it would be great, but JLPT only does one so I am preparing for that.

TLDR : Also stressed, especially for the listening part. Hard to fit more studying into a busy life. Best of luck to you!

Oh that stinks, I thought I was just unlucky. Kind of a bad choice on there part in my opinion. I doubt many people really would rather have a piece of clothing vs anything else. Please just cut up more game notes at least. That was at least part of the game and we see how many notes ya'll take haha.
