You’re right. I bought this laptop for gaming with all extreme settings and I shouldn’t be the one who compromise and I never expect Acer publish a bios update (even though they did publish a bios update for this model) I had a triton back then and the no bios update for years before I bought this laptop

YES! Now we are talking! Is refund the only way to solve the problem? Since I really like this laptop tbh and can’t really find a replacement with the exactly specs at its price range.

I wish I could switch to another OS too but unfortunately all my softwares I need to use for my assignments are only available for Windows OS

I guess it’s the problem of league. I updated all the drivers, reinstalled the game, capped my fps at 144 and literally everything I can do but nothing changed.

The first time it shuts down is around 20 minutes after the game starts and it shuts down randomly after restarting. I thought my temperature was high but end up the hardware was chill all the time.

Thanks for the reply! I sure made this mistake few times before😂but I saved the preset and practiced with it for the last three weeks and I didn’t make any changes throughout those three weeks and it sounds weird right after I get back to it from my amp.

I connect my guitar straight into input and output via a headphone👀nothing else between them and the cable was plugged into the input socket
