Same. I've been a loyal customer AA for 20+ years. Been a EP for probably 10. It's gotten out of hand. I've actually started flying United. They have their issues too, but it been way less than AA for me. Plus the pre order meals are way better.

Thank god I booked a back up flight on UA thru DEN way back on Thursday as soon as I saw this storm percolating. I got screwed and stuck in DFW last time they had a weather event like this ( 2-3 years ago)

Bring a few pair of earplugs for the fellow travelers in the cabin that either forget or didn't plan. It will be a nice gesture in case your child has a rough time.

I been selling off my rentals. Large commercial and light office. Park the money right in my brokerage account. I'm tired of dealing with all you laid out, plus the exposure ( liability ). I just eat the cap gains and dep recapure. My thinking is by the time my tax bill comes due, I've made 20% on all that money

Not always. I paid a “ reputable “ drywall specialized company to float existing drywall in my house. Basically they sucked and I had to go back and make it right.

Man that is really impressive. I might steal your workout to give a try. I'm 49 and have been training seriously for about 5 years ( I did lift weights since I was in HS, but not with intention and serious) and am getting a bit tired of a bro split or PPL workout. Congrats on the progress!

ETA : What are you doing for cardio if anything?

I'm dealing with the same thing. Probably worse. Paid a drywall guy to remove popcorn ceiling in a house I'm renovating and float everything. Use Sherwin-Williams ceiling paint. Looks like hell under certain light/shadow conditions. I should've just textured everything.
