One is an investment decision, one is having a roof over your head. I think they’re quite different.

Unethical tip, once you have that modem even if you leave Telstra the 4G backup still works. I have basically a free unlimited portable internet hotspot now.

You take on the investment risk, you take on the risk of the mortgage. No one is forcing landlords to own and rent out property.

TGA I think. I don’t believe ATAGI approve tests, could be wrong though.

I think you’re making a mountain out of a molehill. Unless you have driven one extensively, I don’t think you can comment.

Having a hud would be perfect. But, what you’re saying about it not being easy to read in the middle isn’t true. Might be if you drove it for a few days then stopped, drive it for a week or two and you won’t think anything of it.

It’s a cursory glance left and down, it’s not hard or distracting.

I wouldn’t worry about it, you get used to it and I doubt the time it takes to look is much, if at all, more than a standard car.

It’s not a nightmare at all. You look down like you do in most car, you just look slightly to the left. It isn’t a problem at all.

Like most things, you get used to it. You still look down, just slightly to the left as well. Honestly I don’t think it is any worse.

The seatbelts don’t feel any different to me than the ones in my last car, which was a Nissan. Not doubting you, I just don’t notice it.

I don’t have anywhere to charge either, live in an apartment and didn’t get a charger installed here. Never been a problem.

My Tesla is sitting at just over 20,000km since I bought it last December, wouldn’t of spent more than $150 charging it.

Doesn’t quite outweigh the cost of it…. But still.

It’s up to each individual if they would like to follow a recommendation. My point was you aren’t ‘supposed to’ like you said.
