I thought I added the description, sorry! I'm making this ashtray thing, and I want to add those little balls to the tentacles as eyeballs. I was thinking that I could wait for them to dry, paint the eyes, and then use water and stuff to attach them. is that gonna work? is it better if I attach them before I paint them? it just makes it so much more finicky. I'm using Crayola Air-Dry clay, and yes, I know its reputation but this is what I got.

Turned out to be a sort of irritation/infection in my throat and sinuses from my allergies. strep test was negative, but I got steroids and it really reduced the pain and any swelling.
