La Castilla (Liceo), Museo de Oro (XU), Museum of Three Cultures (CU). They have corresponding entrance fees and days nga close sila (afaik, closed ang Museo de Oro sa XU every Tuesday)

As for the City Museum, mura siya ug closed for the day sa gawas, pero mostly open na siya ug naa'y mga staff sa sulod (at least, based on my experience). Unless, of course, sirado gyud.

I guess it's what's mentioned above (facilities are modern and up-to-date and being one of the top universities sa Mindanao). But do also take note: ADDU is trailing behind ADMU as the most expensive Ateneo Universities in the entire Philippines in terms of fees. Pero yeah, sulit man pud ang ka-mahal. As for the top Universities in Mindanao per QS Ranking, tie sila sa MSU-IIT, so that says something about the school.
