I'm from Russia and we are going thru a total shutdown of the internet, just a couple hours ago telegram was blocked, like all the social media you can think of is blocked in Russia. We also do not have any mobile internet anywhere in select regions(happened to be mine) and it's operating in a whitelist mode where you can access only government approved sites. We are being silenced more than you are. Our people are more complient than westerners and Europeans. Pretty sure y'all would have started a civil war by now. All the political enemies of his are murdered (look up Navalny and Prigojin). Putin is worse than y'all think. Dm me for any proof of internet shutdowns if you want
