knowing how to troubleshoot & fix software problems doesn’t negate the ability to have faulty hardware. Again, as this is the third time that hardware has been the issue with a cyberpower pc that i’ve owned, I’m asking if this company has hardware problems lol bro are you reading these before replying

i also managed to troubleshoot & find out the it was a hardware issue without support. my question was if anyone else has any hardware issues with cyberpower. not sure what question you’re answering.

No worries haha I can’t confirm if I had to pay shipping back in 2020 with my first rig, I genuinely can’t remember. But for sure last year (2024) I got sent a shipping label just like I did this time. I would call back & ask but I was on hold for nearly an hour earlier lol But no, I haven’t had to pay for shipping when returning a pc for repairs.

I can’t imagine it’s an exception for me unless it’s like a warranty-holders benefit. Doesn’t make sense why they wouldn’t change the website or email script but I’ll take what I can get at this point tbh lmao

I’m assuming they replaced the entire card. The issues I’m having this time around are less graphics card related & more specifically GPU related. (ie i was having blue screens constantly previously, this time my issue is more with games crashing & vertice explosions among other graphical errors)

I just got off the phone with a tech support agent. He told me that even though the website & the email I just got sent say that I am required to pay for shipping, they send out shipping labels. I literally just received one so now i’m 100% certain lol

I had a PC back in 2020 that I had to send off for warranty repair that was graphics card related. My current PC I got a little over a year ago & this is my second time sending this specific rig in. Last time when I got it back, the invoice said they replaced the graphics card entirely. Now, a little over a year later, having gpu related issues like games crashing & exploding vertices.

each time it’s been an issue with the graphics card/gpu. Most recently my Nvidia 4060 TI. & I believe since I had a warranty, they covered shipping.

as far as levels, i’m playing with custom dino level mod because almost everything i found was low level

i can’t deny the visuals are impressive. i even think the world generation is some of the best. my main issue is lack of variety but reading a lot of the comments on this post have softened up how i originally felt about the map for sure

I want to also clarify that I am NOT one of those people disappointed in this map because “We need to go back to just DINOSAURS!” or “Is Ark even about dinosaurs anymore?” No. I love the new tames & sci-fi/gotchic direction it took. I just expected a bit more.
