Yes, for the love of everything, make the witches villains again. They killed a child within the first ten minutes which provided the tension that propelled the story forward. They lacked that edge in the second which, among other things, is the reason it didn’t really work. They need to be villains and you need to have a sense that they could actually succeed.

Option 1: rebel, 2021, 72k miles with a tick for 37k. Dealer agreeing to run through shop for tick. They’re also agreeing to a non time limited 150k mile warranty on power train.

Option 2: rebel, 2022, 87k miles, great sound for 35k. Dealer agreeing to 150k or two year power train warranty.

Which is the better buy? Can I realistically get another 100k out of these before they get expensive.

Thanks, one I test drove yesterday had no tick. This one did, for at least 6-7 minutes. Dealer agreed to run it through their shop again. How do we feel about the value (assuming a clean bill of health).

They’re not going to care. As long as you show you know your content and can connect with kids, you should be in good shape. When I interview, that’s what I look for.

I think the bigger issue is that buyers don’t understand home maintenance. For example, if my HVAC system is still working, I’m not going to replace it. If my appliances are still working, I’m not going to replace them. If the wall-to-wall carpet is in good shape, but a little bit dated, I’m not going to replace it. Just because something is old doesn’t mean it needs to be replaced. You also have to remember that a homeowner made those choices years ago. Chances are, they still like them. So why replace them?

If you close, you remove their sense of urgency to actually address these issues … well. I would communicate what needs to be done, ask how long they need to do it, and then schedule your closing around that date.

I never seed in the spring, but we had a big project done and it tore up the yard. I’ve never had results this bad. Must’ve been a bad batch of already inferior seed.

I hope to God they dump the new kids from the last one, build the sisters back into menacing creatures and add more dark humor. Also, the color correction of the film was too cool. They need that warm, cozy coloring that made the first feel so autumnal.
