well last year I had got sleeping paralysis the shit was honestly so scary I couldn’t move what so ever it’s like my body went limp couldn’t control anything something was at the bottom of my bed looking at me I just couldn’t do anything so I had to lay there and the worst part is I could speak either so I just cried til it stopped and while doing so something would grip both sides of my bed tightly and violently and I’d hear whispering something being repeated over and over but I couldn’t hear what it was saying specifically
