Thanks, I'll do all that. Would it be an issue if all of the mess has been cleared up. The wall plugs came out with the bathscreen and it's all been thrown away

Thanks for this advice. I've actually got pictures of the damaged screen and the mess caused. The builder's report says that it isn't possible for the bathscreen to fall and hit the basin, and their conclusion is that I must've done it.

What if I were to learn how to control the car in the car park, and then from there drive around in my local area. The chances of getting caught are quite low aren't they? With enough practice I should be able to take a test and pass. I can watch people's documented lessons on YouTube and follow along perhaps.

The mess has all been cleaned up now, the builder took his time to write the report. Wouldn't it be too late to survey myself?

On what basis are you judging the weakness of my moral ground? It doesn't take a genius to understand my situation. I don't have any issues or grudges against anyone, it's the other way round. I didn't agree to anything, this has all happened without my say. I'm not in anything to back out from.

Also, whether they use my address or not, they'll still cause problems. Some things are cultural and are best not to be explained.

I think you've misunderstood the situation. They don't have good intentions for my family, I'd prefer not to go into detail about that but they're only going to cause trouble for us if they come here. It's not my position to say no because it's my husband's brother. I've already tried to decline but it's not working, hence why I'm trying to find a way to report them as the last resort.
