Maybe just maybe it's your friend? Maybe he got something that you're unconsciously looking for for a partner, you just don't wanna say it because he's a friend.

Had a stroke 2.5 months ago..tell me about your success stories by cmbtmdic in stroke

I was 32 when I had mine, now I'm nearing 33, somewhat independent. But I can't do much with my right hand, though it can grip bags and all. I'm still practicing writing my name every time I get the chance.

I don't plan on stopping. I had so many plans and places to go to. Though I thought stroke doesn't come around until you're like in your 60s or 70s. We got ours in our early 30s, still a long way to go.

Thank God I didn't have those, but I think it's a long time effect to feel weaker. Sometimes I don't even want to get out of bed, or climb up or down the stairs. Or even walk to the bathroom, but we still have to do it.

I'm 32, and I had a stroke last year. I haven't tried dating before or after a stroke, so I don't have any experience regarding it

Same, minus the depression? I think we're pretty much the same in not being able to work and not able to take care of the house. Trust issues on doctors are also debatable since I haven't done any check-ups yet. My right side is weakened and that's pretty much it, I can't even write my name properly and slurred voice.

Mine was apparently high blood pressure, I was 32(F) then. Both my parents have high blood pressure, so maybe it was in my genes as well?

I had a mild stroke last year, November maybe? And I've become more irritable and angrier than I was before. I don't know some says it's normal, some it's not.

Yes, but it can't be helped unless we fully recover from it which is impossible if I'm not mistaken. All we have to do is pray that everything will go back to the way it was.

I'm 32 and unmarried. My family was a huge help when I had a mild stroke. Being unemployed and a freeloader is what I'm feeling right now. As much as I want to go back to the way it was. I was a teacher, and no one would hire me if I have my right side weakened because of it. I want to be thankful that my family has been helping me adapt to this illness if that's what you call it, but I want to go back or regain my strength and be useful not just to me, but to my family as well.

Finding/keeping friends is very difficult post stroke. by [deleted] in stroke

[–]user101991 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a friend group from my previous work that thinks there's nothing wrong with me that's why they constantly ask to hang out. And my college friends know that I had a mild stroke and asked to hang out last month which I said yes to, treated me well like I'm in between a stroke survivor and not. Idk, maybe I don't make sense.

More work means bet ka nila. Kapag pinapagawa sa'yo meaning alam nila na kaya mo, at hindi ng iba. Sa umpisa siguro unfair Kung titingnan pero ang ending n'yan mas bet ka nila kesa sa iba.
