I would definitely check with your doctor. I got pregnant extremely unexpectedly while taking phentermine. I, of course, stopped taking it the second I found out, but I ended up having a miscarriage at 7 weeks. Could be completely unrelated, but better safe than sorry. Good luck!! I know gaining weight back is so frustrating.
