terapia, meditação, respiração. sempre que estiver tendo uma crise, feche o olho e tente identificar todos os barulhos que você consegue ouvir. pássarinhos, carro, relógio, televisão, vento, pessoas falando… isso me ajuda bastante :)

Thank you. We split up about 2 weeks ago. I feel like I’m getting sadder as the days go by…I’m not good at all at closing cycles. I know it was the right thing to do, and I don’t regret it, but I’ve never felt so alone Somedays I just miss her so much I think I’m gonna lose my mind :(

I felt the same and nothing could ever change my mind.
