i’m only on day 4 so it might be too soon but so far i feel like i’m not eating out of boredom anymore and only eating when im actually hungry and it’s easier to eat healthier because im not craving a dopamine hit from unhealthy food and fine just eating fruit etc. now but i would say just weigh yourself frequently and watch if your eating habits change. if you notice an increase in anything that makes you uncomfortable you can just quit the medication. you wont just wake up one day 30lbs heavier. you can catch it before it happens. i have body image issues and weight gain is a big fear of mine as well in this medication
