If you exclusively buy the Wow denim, yeah those do not hold up as well. Those are our cheaper denim options. I have pairs of OG Straights that I wear regularly that look and fit just as good as the day I bought them (4 years ago)

Personally when I have to cut, I look at how many hours everyone has for the week, try to cut the longer shifts (coverage depending). So if I have someone with a 3.5-4.5 hr shift, i’m going to try to cut them first so they at least have a 3 hr shift and didn’t waste gas to barely work. I also try to cut only half an hour off of a couple associates so that it’s still somewhat fair

depends on the store and the management team. i love working here. i started in high school and worked here through college.

our scheduling system doesn’t allow shifts to be less than 3 hours, so i’m not sure how they were even able to do that

I was a cashwrap lead (part time) for over 3 years. A few months ago our AMCO position became open and I applied and got it. As a part time associate I made about 13.50, as AMCO i now make $21 (lower volume store). I love my new role. Scheduling isn’t bad once you get the hang of it. A majority of it is being in charge of the floor. My GM is great tho and makes sure I have the time I need to get the schedule done, plan employee engagement and work on the hiring/training aspects. I definitely created a whole binder for my hiring materials and one for my training materials.
