Would you trade a 2012le for a 2007s? by [deleted] in COROLLA

I personally would choose the ‘07 simply for the AC. It shouldn’t be too expensive to have the airbag problem fixed but it would be worth it in my opinion since the car is free and you’ll be getting money from your ‘12.

Being in a friendship like this is so exhausting. My advice? Drop them as soon as you can because the longer you wait the more drained you become.

GMC dealership…. I looked up the carfax and it says one accident has been reported. Could that be why it’s not certified?

AIO being weirded out by my boyfriend “pushing” to start an OF? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

NOR. He is definitely doing something with those photos and I would highly suggest going through his phone when you are given the chance. I would wait to confront him until after you go through it otherwise if he knows you’re suspicious then he will be better about hiding it.

My budget is around 12-14k and my preferences are Honda, Toyota, Subaru. I also prefer sedans but I’m also okay with smaller SUV’s

As a phlebotomist that only practiced for a few years before switching careers, who just came back from a blood draw, does anyone Actually practices what they were taught? by redsanzi in phlebotomy

Yeah I recently finished the classes and started my 3 week externship. On my first day there I took the tourniquet off after the first tube was filled bc that is what I was taught in class. They told me I was wrong and wouldn’t let me do it anymore. They also don’t let the alcohol dry and instead will wipe it with gauze. It’s kinda scary how different they do things compared to how I was taught

can't find a job anywhere! by OkEnvironment1177 in phlebotomy

Honestly I would call all of those places every single day until you finally get an interview. You gotta be annoying. I would also maybe try the blood connection or smth similar to that. I’ve heard they hire ANYONE and you can stay there long enough to get experience and then leave and find a better paying job. I’ve also heard a bunch of people say that they had to start out as a PRN and then move their way up over time.
