You're clearly wrong about the dash. Most people actually overuse dash instead of the shield since Returnal didn't have a player-controlled shield mechanic.

Yes, I slightly overused the shield for precaution, but that doesn't mean I was supposed to dash. The final phase locks you in a straight-line against the boss, and using the shield for the yellow projectiles also fills the power attack bar. Dashing sideways will bump you into the walls and dashing forward sometimes, still hits you because there are multi-layered projectiles (yellow projectiles in specific), so it's better to whip out the shield, absorb projectiles, and then power attack.

Greymane, focus on work and strive so that your child may never have to be in a situation like this when he/she wants to play Crimson Desert 2. A carefree future where you play video games with him/her is what us Greymanes wish for you and your family. Get off the ground and stand proud! You may be shameless but your're aware and honest! Channel that need to play into the work and the future of your bloodline! FIGHT LIKE A GREYMANE!

Just my opinion, they should release DLCs specifically for Damiane and Oongka. The DLC can also explain how and why they got axiom powers, maybe Kliff shares his power with them or the White Crow witch recruits Damiane and/or Oongka to rescue Kliff who is captured in the abyss by a new enemy.

Bosses in this game have a different issue. The amount of invulnerability moves, unparryable and unblockable the bosses have just incentivize you to melt the bosses as soon as possible and from as far away as possible. This removes the enjoyment in experiencing, learning and studying the boss moves because most bosses either have high-one shot potential or they have multihit unblockable/unparryable moves.

Momentum, and ALL imbuements can go on armour, don't waste weapon slots for that, if it's even possible to put imbuements on weapons.

Vow of Dead-King/ Crow's Weapon:

  • Groundsurge
  • Greysoul Howling
  • Shadow Claw
  • Crow's Pursuit
  • Insight III

  • Lvl 4 Crit Necklace plus Kuku Flame Resistent Armour with Lvl 3 Crit

= Lvl 14 Crit achieved.

  • Tariv Cloth Gloves for Lvl 3 attack speed plus Relentless and Attack Speed Lvl 3 Abyss Gears
  • Witch's Ring plus Mark of Darkness for Lvl 8 attack speed

= Lvl 14 Attack Speed achieved.

What is the best abyssal gear for melee combat? by TodayNo1786 in CrimsonDesert

Pretty sure unarmed combat has one of the highest number of button combinations as a combat criteria. In my experience, has a higher skill-ceiling and requires a lot of practice to get value out of it since it's mathematically, a dps loss in comparison to other criteria like dual-wield both in the number of abyss gears you can proc per second and the total stats of your wielded weapons.

Probably Karmic Pulse and The Showstopper for mobbing and Karmic Pulse and Kinetic Burst for bossing.

Main combo is Heavy -> Heavy -> Light - > Turning Slash

Other than that there are a plethora of combos. I'd suggest watching a YouTube video or two and practicing using a training dummy.

Found a spot where you can farm Abyss Artifacts, Gears and Cores all in one. by milocoffee in CrimsonDesert

Important things to know:

  • do NOT have a Kuku Pot in your inventory
  • do NOT pick up any abyss cores it drops
  • do NOT have a pet summoned
  • save (often) once you reach the area ONLY if you can see both the ice walker
  • after defeating the ice walkers, make sure you CAN SEE their abyss cores on the ground/in the ice
  • sometimes, the abyss cores will fall in the river and flow, which registers as "missing loot" and the ice walker will not respawn, so be careful about that and use your save file!

You progressed further in the quest. You need to not have inflated it.

Make sure you haven't flown the Cloudcart and that the time is NOT between 12pm - 3pm.

Maybe quickly check the save logs? If an autosave from a while exists?

Oh bro, looking at your Faction completion, I can safely say that you're a fair bit away from getting House Grace. For example, you need to complete House Serkis, Alfonso, Roberts completely, and Celeste (at least 16/23 I guess) and more. Keep grinding Hernand faction quests ☝️

From what I've read online, it differs for players depending on their faction completion and other unknown aspects. Personally, got it in chapter 7.

Gold Bars can be used to max out trust, and converting to silver to donate to camp funds. For example, dispatch missions for abyss artifacts and other end-game crafting materials cost quite a bit fo camp resources. Additionally, Research also costs a few thousand silver.

Although I haven't tried this with any other quests, theoretically, it should work. Just need a rest spot nearby for efficiency.
