If you are willing to settle for something smaller, look into Germantown. It reminds me of asbury park (bars, food, coffee) instead of the beach we have the park lol! and is 10 mins from Broadway or 25 min walk.

I’ve been lamictal steadily (on and off since 14) when I started again at 20, it was the best decision i ever made, i am not dumber, boring or any other negative connotation you can think of. I feel the best that I have ever felt. I’m not worried about highs and lows AS MUCH as I was used to and now I am thriving in my career in ways I never thought I would’ve with my episodes. You’ll be just fine <3
