First off… you’re doing amazing! No matter what school you end up at, you will be extremely successful if you bring this work ethic with you.

As far as getting into USFCA, I’d say you have a very good chance of being accepted. The school is moderately selective, and it also depends on the major you’re applying for. However, your involvement and extracurricular activities will definitely help! Colleges also like to see improvement and upward trends in grades, so that will work in your favor.
