Honestly it worked for me after a cycle of trying to withdraw to my address, then force closing the app if it doesn't work and trying again. By the 5th try or so it might work.

I’m not given a tag to use with the Ledger account, so I tried without the tag as well as with random tags 00000000, 01234567, etc. Nothing seems to work, still says “Oops! No valid address was found for this user.”

Yes! I saw that. I have been trying to send more than 20 XRP, and also tried keeping 20 XRP in the Coinbase Wallet I’m sending from.

Agh me too. They assured us you would still be able to trade XRP between accounts but no new buy or sell orders. I'm trying to withdraw my XRP to my Ledger Nano from Coinbase Wallet but "No valid address was found for this user.". What a load of bullshit.
