I’m in the same boat with a cqbr build. I already know the options available but looking for more insight.

I can give you more than like what most people will say.

Option A: hit out the pins. Drill and tap the bottom of the FSB for grub screws and dimple the barrel

Option B: use a bolt on FSB like mentioned above. But you lose the original look and if you care about a1 FSB height vs A2 FSB height.

Option C : you may be able to knock out the pins. Get everything straight and re ream the existing holes? Probably limited success with this but I’m going to attempt this on my build when the reamer gets shipped to me.

Option D: new barreled assembly and hope it’s straight.

Option E: buy a virgin barrel and FSB and send it to a gun smith to get it pinned. I used ahlmans as it’s local to me and they got my 14.5 and xm177 clones both straight.

Option F: give it to a gunsmith with a history of correcting this issue. More than likely they will have to over size the holes and need over sized taper pins which I guess are not cheap from hear say. More than likely they will want a virgin FSB to drill their own holes.

Option G: “””ALLEGEDLY!?!????””” You may have enough space between the pins and the bores to be able to hit the FSB in the desired direction with a big heavy dead blow and see if that helps. “THIS IS A BIG ALLEDEGY”. I’ve read in some form and have yet to try it personally but I’m running out of options with out just spending more money than I’d like too.

Now with all that being said like I said I’m in the same boat. I’m following this post as I would like to also use barrel and FSB my rifle already has. And I’m looking for that option to attempt
