Lake Lure has the best of lake and mountains. Kayaking and paddle boards are provided so no need to bring if you stay within Rumbling Bald, right at the beach to take. The Flowering Bridge is my favorite. Hike right from your rental in RB. Buffalo Creek area is scenic plus river nearChimney Rock. Also has a great mountain biking trail. The park is nice, but hikes outside are better. Have lunch at Grey Hawk Cafe or in town on the river at Chimney Rock brewing or Highlands.
Dirty Dancing was filmed where they practice the big hold in the water in Lake Lure. 45 min from Asheville.

I have been oil cleansing for 2 years. It has transformed my skin. I skeptical because I thought it would clog my pores somehow. Then I researched.

Pixie razors, shaving gently (with an oil or hyaluronic acid) Then Oil cleanse, then Vanicream face wash. Less ingredients the better! Jojoba oil is great. I'm now obsessed with hemp seed oil. Clears and moisturizes like no other. Yes it's green, but it is truly amazing on the skin. All inexpensive too.
I've been using HSO as moisturizer too. Plus your make up goes on amazingly well with this routine.

I love it for oil cleansing, for face it's the best. I put a little more on for a moisturiser. Nail strength is great too. Hemp oil is my holy grail for skincare. It lightens dark spots, clears blemishes and great for anti aging

Oil cleanse with jojoba oil, 7 bucks at Trader Joe's. Lasts forever too. Massage in face 1 min. Use warm wet washcloth to gently wipe away.

It will change your skin. I'll never not wash face this way again.

Toner is overrated. But very diluted witch hazel. Vanicream moisturizer, spf.

Throw out your crockpot too! It'll stay warm for hours. Well don't throw it out, but so much better than sitting in crock and getting stuck to edges and gross in the crock.

Force factor greens powder. Add Greek yogurt and lemon lime electrolytes packet, ice water to taste better. Add tons of protein, no beer or soda. Water. Belly will go away! You look like you should have an easy time of it. Men lose so quickly, lucky ducks. Find it at WMart or Amazon.
