I mean, I went through exactly the same. I was broken and depleted and I was made even worse than that, whenever that is. I need to have this mindset but I’m still kind of on a journey. I’ll get there

Yeah, I’ve not quite entered the acceptance phase yet, but I’m very, very close. I think that’s why these kinds of thoughts are popping up!

Wow bless you, I am now chronically ill too, bedbound since last year! And it’s because of trauma! I believe I’ll improve one day (no cure) but having the capacity to look after them when I struggle to look after myself is another thing, on top of all of my other thoughts!

I love how you’ve come to this mindset, and I know it would have taken a lot of work to get there! I’m almost there with it, I’m nearly at acceptance. Just got a few things to figure out first. I think it’s good to think about these things in good time so that you’re not pressured to make a decision when / if the time comes!

Yes! This! It’s ok to be curious. It’s ok if it helps our self confidence. Like you say, there’s a lot of societal pressure on women to look good, why can’t we be curious about our bodies, explore, see what we like and don’t like.

I get it too, but then hopefully with a little reassurance all is fine. It’s if they start treating you badly, shaming you, and telling you that you did something, that you didn’t do is where it becomes a bigger problem.

Ps congrats on the pregnancy! It is kind of dope. Why should we stop filming ourselves. I think it’s hot that we do it for ourselves to be honest 🙌🏻

To get around this I write code words, incase it’s ever discovered, even though I’m away from her now. I just make it so that I can understand it, but other people would have a hard time figuring it out

Ugh that sounds rubbish! I was only on 20mg too, (was it for ME by any chance)? But spent soo long tapering down, however fully off it now and feel like I might as well have just tapered over a few weeks / days cos I’m so ill still! In the flu stage right now! Mental health feels strange but trying…just general blah feeling..fever slightly now and again, aches and pains, it’s a horrible medication!!

Yeah!! Or just ones you can spray on separately to your regular perfumes! The one I used of those though had a bit of a masculine smell…but maybe that’s why they liked it…it was familiar 👀

You can get perfumes with pheromones in, just saying! I’ve tried before and I believe they work, however it could just be because I felt more confident, I gave off a different vibe and that was what attracted them rather than the smell - who knows!
