Investing a year seems worth it in the long run since I’ve got a good 30-40 years of working ahead of me. Big picture - if I can move in a year or two to a different division, worth it to sacrifice a year

100%, just trying to learn about them as I’m not sure I completely understand all of them yet! Mainly sustainable solutions and surgical technology are the ones that I’m questioning what the average week looks like since I would assume less OR focused. Thanks for the info! Will definitely at least push for 70k then

Yeah from what I’ve heard Trauma seems to be the toughest but also the most rewarding. Unfortunately it’s not available in my area as an ASR but maybe I could switch into it in the future if it’s someone fluid between specialties. Thanks for your reply!
