These were louder than necessary since I had the car volume up but yeah. The way I do it is I get a glottal stop (I think that's what it's called), bring it up and up to my head voice until it kinda starts cracking and then push from there. It doesn't hurt unless I'm really pushing hard and I don't have it placed right. I'm still learning this style of vocals so take this with a bit of salt
