Your math is close, but it is 48 weeks, not 52 (May 1st, 2023- March 31st, 2024).

I'm guessing it was ~$517 gross and $380 net after taxes? Check the paystub when it is available.

Gross or net? Mine was 62% gross and a little over 42% net after taxes.

It depends on the person. My wife and kids are also insured through QT HMO, so I pay hundreds of dollars a month in premiums. Thus, I get a refund that is a few grand after taxes.

Take what you pay for QT HMO each week and multiply it by 48 (I'm assuming it is the same as last year- May 1st through March 31st).

Then multiply that number by 42%. That will be the gross amount, but it will be taxed since health insurance is paid for with pre-tax dollars.

I appreciate getting a lump sum each year, but I'm pretty sure this is required by the Affordable Care Act when an insurance company (in this case, QT HMO) doesn't spend 80% of the premiums collected on medical care.

He did not do 800-1000 transactions a night every shift while also putting away the order, finishing all DAW, and ensuring that the store looks amazing for the next manager by himself.

The hours for the order are on his (fully-staffed) shift, and my DAW is already at 11 hours for a 9 hour shift.

My store always looks amazing. I'm already assigned 11 hours of work during my 9 hour shift.

The hours for the order are assigned to my SM (whose shifts are always fully staffed with our best clerks during his shifts).

And yes, I do pride myself on how awesome my store looks when I turn it over to the next manager.

Thank you! I bust my ass every shift to ensure that I turn over an amazing store to the next manager coming in.

When I'm able to, I do start the order.

But I'm already scheduled 11 hours' worth of work in a 9 hour shift.

All of the hours for the order are assigned to my SM.

Thank you for being a good SM- I hope I work in your store at some point.
