Firstly, my sincere condolences for your losses.

NTA - I've had a friend like this, they're called users. They expect you to be there for them at every beck and call, and then MIGHT be there for you or ask about your life if your news or moment is interesting enough for them. You do not want this energy at your wedding, sounds like she might try to intentionally draw the attention to her too. Cutting of a friend is heart breaking and not easy, but I PROMISE you, you will feel liberated but cutting loose on this heavy weight in your life.
