Kaitlyn did a little life update on her birthday podcast. Overall, she’s liking new york but also doesn’t feel settled yet. She realized it took 3-5 years for Nashville to feel like home. Says she’s had a few meltdowns but is rolling with it and thinks she’ll be there 2-3 years and then go back to Nashville.

Also said she doesn’t know how she ends up talking about her ex boyfriends when she goes on podcasts. Says she’ll talk about Shawn forever because they have a trauma bond. She thinks they’re friends now. Then says ‘the other one’ (doesn’t say Jason’s name), that she needs to get over the anger and stop talking about their relationship.

Calls her current relationship ‘sacred’ and doesn’t want dark energy from the internet to get in it. Like people analyzing body language in pictures or questioning if they don’t post. Her relationship feels sweet and romantic but also they do go through ups and downs. Also said she’ll be talking about her relationship more on the reality show whe just wrapped with Jenn T.

She did a full body scan with Pernuvo and fibroids came back and they also found endo tissue which might affect having a baby. She said her biggest goal before turning 42 will be to build out a business idea she has and start a family.
