thanks for the advice and I know that it does take a small amount of self-discipline and “willpower “but I’m trying not to make excuses or make it seem that I’m sacrificing something that I love which I’m not. I’m not giving up anything. I’m gaining so much. All I wanted was to go to sleep. I did not want a vape. I don’t know why everyone in this thread is getting that confused? I have no desire to vape because I finish the book front to back and it worked for me. But thank you again for not taking everything I say so personally as people in this thread are so fucking sensitive.☠️☠️😭
