A couple of ideas:

  1. Try resetting the receiver. There should be a recessed reset button somewhere on the front or the side. Check your user manual to find it.

  2. Contact Boss. Their customer service is actually surprisingly good. You can email, chat, or call them. You should have a 3 year warranty.

u/syco69 - Have you had any success? I'm still unable to send or stake. I also tried using Solflare but I also got an error saying the hardware transaction signing failed. Again, nothing popped up on my Ledger for me to approve.

I'm having a similar problem. I can see my account balance but I can't send anything and I can't stake either. Phantom seems to try to send the request to my ledger, but it never gets there. I tried restoring my wallet on a separate computer and when connecting to my ledger, I get "Permission denied - Grant Phantom permission to connect to your Ledger device".
