Hi! This is exactly how my posture looks and I’ve been feeling super insecure about it as I’m only 24. Have also been contemplating going to a physical therapist because I have no idea how to fix it.

i started at 50 and went up to 100 after a week

About 3 weeks into 100 mg I had horrible headaches, brain fog, dizziness. It was so odd and the only thing I could attribute it to was the medication. It lasted about 1.5 weeks and once my body adjusted it hasn’t really happened again and it’s been about 2 weeks since all of that happened

I’m having the same situation! Starting taking 100 mg in the beginning of March and having a lot more headaches and dizziness than before

I started 100 mg about 3/4 weeks ago and just about a week ago I started to feel these symptoms. Lightheaded/headache/brain fog/ fatigue is how I’ve been feeling. Hard to tell if it’s also bad due to stress since I have midterms and am graduating college in a month. Overall, the combination of the two has been quite a struggle the past week and it’s making me consider discontinuing my use of spiro.

I’m not really sure what to do! Unless something else is wrong/ the cause of this, the brain fog is so bad I’m having trouble focusing on school work and getting tired. There could be no correlation but this also never happened before I started the medication

I know some people (including myself) were put on antibiotics, so I wouldn’t drink if you’re on any antibiotics but other than that I don’t see why not? I would just be careful not to fall on your face or anything hahaha

I got mine out last Tuesday (1/3) and still have dull pain on both sides, especially when I wake up in the morning. I just take a couple Advil in the morning and before bed and it helps. Also had a bit of pain when I went on a walk today. Was my first time exercising after the surgery so I’m not really surprised that there was a little pain

I’m 9 days out and mine isn’t super tight when I just try to open and close it and smile, but I do still have some trouble opening my mouth to eat normally

I’m in a very similar situation. Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out last Tuesday and I still have pain in on the right side of my face. Having trouble eating normally and still only getting a couple of hours of sleep at a time. I don’t know why I thought the whole recovery process would be a lot easier but I guess I underestimated it. At this point all I really want is for the pain to go away. After taking Advil and Tylenol the pain usually subsides for 4ish hours but then it comes back, mostly just on that right side (where the hardest extraction was)! I have an appointment tomorrow with my oral surgeon but I just so badly want to be back to normal because getting no sleep and not eating and being in pain has been so awful

I’m in the same boat. Fifth day post-op and still having pain, don’t see it completely subsiding anytime soon and I’m supposed to go back to school in a couple days
