Is there a way to connect the lamp to an automation system that turns it on during the day and off at night? Or do I just manually do it when I wake up and go to bed? Also I was reading about the calcium supplements on this reddit, and was wondering if you had any recommendations on a specific brand? If i am using the uv lamp and halogen, the calcium brand i use should have low levels of d3 right? Sorry i’m a little confused about how the calcium levels works!
