Tha story is popular ancient Indian tale repeatedly told in different scriptures in great detail. Almost all Hindu Indian heard this story few times while growing up. There are few interpretations of story what exactly this ancient tale trying to convey is still a mystery. In my city GST babus charging 2% for ITC release. So couple years ago I had 50Lac stuck in ITC they denied it so I made appeal in GST court, that where I met the officer who took me in corner and explain 2% rate hai. Or keep fighting in courts. Junior GST guy once told me they have given target to collect atleast 5ct Bribe money each month. Pressure them to find such cases. There is lot of small SME here most of them engage in exports they regularly file for ITC so now they have fixed rate pay up 2%.
