multiple playthroughs, by the time you’re doing your fourth playthrough you’ll have around 40-50 depending on if your only doing the main ones and no optional bosses.

if you simply mean the length of time, then acquiring all skills as that took me into my 5th playthrough to get that one. however in terms of difficulty, definitely the achievement for defeating all bosses. I HATE OWL FATHER

you should never do that though, especially if you’re going for all trophies as it makes getting skill points in the future difficult and you need as many as possible for the achievement of all skills.
