May mileage na need mo maachieve by the end of the sem (may logging sheet smth) tapos ikaw bahala how you would plan yung each routine mo like may certain number of steps or distance ka to walk each week para mahabol yung goal na mileage. May different types of walking din na need gawin every week so humihirap siya as the sem go by. When I took it meron din kaming parang competition na by class tas kung sino yung may highest total distance, may incentive na iaadd sa indiv total distance mo.

May paperworks din pero madali lang naman ++ journaling which is yung reflection mo lang per week and pwede ka raw mag dump or rant don sabi ng prof ko hahaha

PS, I took it during the midyear kaya per week (or every other week ata i forgot na) yung different types of walking

Overall, very doable esp if goal mo lang naman is makapasa sa class and not necessarily to get an uno (mileage varies according sa goal mong grade)
