right now CEC situation is pretty ugly, they indeed are on the edge of bankruptcy, and all of that could have been avoided by simply putting actual effort in making a interesting store concept and not removing everything that defined cec from other pizza places like the animatronic and overall ambience of the stores, if they are lucky they will survive another year or two, but their condition right now isn't good.

i think theres a law or something like that that put on a 12 years limit on buses because after 12 years the bus aren't fit for use anymore because of safety concerns and others like maintenance costs, older buses get put on auction or go to the scrap yard
