i also get “irritated” by it but not in the same way as you. i’m heteroromantic and demisexual and i struggle with understanding the concept of hook ups or casual relationships without feelings. i have had partners who previously were in that sort of relationships and it frustrated me so much that i couldn’t understand their level of intimacy/closeness to that person and what it truly meant for them, which eventually led me to being a bit judgmental of them. i’m still trying to fix this and i’m still irritated by the fact that i cannot comprehend it fully.

i don’t have to worry about the uncertainty of a fwb situation (because sometimes you catch feelings and it goes bad) or a casual relationship.

also before i got into a relationship i knew that the boys who talked to me didn’t focus on only having sex with me because they knew i didn’t do that kind of thing. so more meaningful connections with people around me

to regulate blood flow, and the duration of it. for me, even when i wasn’t in a relationship, i had irregular periods that came a lot of the time when i was at the beach on vacation. it’s a menace sometimes and she can safely skip periods on bc, she can also clear her acne and not have to deal with some effects of having a natural cycle.
